As a member of The Running Hub Community you will be able to take part in 3 LIVE weekly workouts tailored to runners to become stronger, fitter, prevent injury and ultimately improve performance. Let us bring the workouts to you in the comfort of your own home.
Monday – HIIT and Cardio – 6.30 – 7.15PM
Monday – Stretch & Wind Down – 7.15 – 7.45PM
Thursday – Core & Strength – 6.30 – 7.30 PM
(If you can’t make the timetabled classes, you have the option to complete the sessions at any time as the videos will be available to you in the members area).
