What’s included as part of ‘The Running Hub’

Live Yoga

Weekly classes on Mondays at 7pm with our resident Yoga Teacher, Georgi Tucker, to help you reach your full potential as a runner and connect to the strongest and fastest version of yourself.
If you can't make the sessions live, then we upload the sessions to our on demand section to complete in your own time.

Coaches Hour

A fortnightly online drop in session online where you can ask the coaches anything about training, feedback, kit recommendations and a chance to catch up with your community team mates. Once a month we're joined by guest experts too to cover injury prevention, nutrition, mindset and many more topics.

Training Plans and Guided Workouts

In the resource library we have a range of downloadable plan from 5km up to half marathon distance.

We also have a whole range of core and strength workouts to help you become a stronger, fitter and faster runner from home.
