Sam Lewis
Coach
Hi, I'm Sam Lewis, a passionate runner and a qualified Coach in Running Fitness certified by England Athletics. My running journey began back in 2018 when I laced up my shoes and took on my first half marathon, The Big Half. That experience sparked a fire within me, and since then, running has become an inseparable part of my life.
With a growing desire to learn more about the sport and a long-term vision to help others achieve their running goals, I decided to enrol in a coaching course. Little did I know that this step would lead me to become a running coach, guiding aspiring athletes to reach their full potential.
Running, for me, is more than just a physical activity; it is a source of freedom and focus. It keeps me grounded, motivated, and accountable throughout the year as I work towards my own goals. As a coach, what I find most rewarding is the opportunity to work with a diverse group of runners, all with their unique abilities and aspirations. From 5K/10K races to challenging Ultra Marathons, I believe in embracing all abilities and tailoring training sessions to suit individual needs. Witnessing the progress and determination of my clients fuels my passion for coaching and reinforces the belief that everyone can excel with the right guidance and dedication.
Though I've run five marathons (so far) in cities worldwide, my heart belongs to the half marathon. It is in these races that I find pure joy with a smile etched on my face as I push my limits and enjoy the experience. Throughout my journey, I have several highlights including a 2:50 marathon pb and a 1:16 half marathon pb.
I live by the motto "train hard, race easy." I believe that commitment and consistency breed success. When you put in the effort during training, race day becomes a celebration of your hard work.
As a coach, I've had the privilege of guiding clients to marathon PBs of sub-3:30 and 5k PBs of sub-20, as well as coaching clients to multiple Ultra Marathons, making every step enjoyable and fulfilling.
With me as your coach, you'll receive personalised training programs and unwavering support to tackle challenges and smash those PBs. Whether you're an experienced runner seeking to break barriers or a beginner excited to embark on your running journey, I'm here to be your partner every step of the way.

Georgi Tucker
Yoga Teacher

Georgi Tucker
Yoga Teacher
Georgi is resident yoga teacher at The Running Hub, joining the coaching team in 2023. Off the yoga mat, Georgi is a keen runner and CrossFitter and has discovered the transformative benefits of yoga to improve mobility, flexibility and core strength across these sports. For the last decade she has seen the power of a regular yoga practice to support her own health and wellbeing, whether it's a simple daily flow to bring calm to a busy day, or a specific practice to support her training.
In Georgi’s classes you can expect Hatha style yoga which focuses on body alignment, connecting physical poses (asanas) with breath (pranayama) unlocking power and flexibility to complement your running routine. Georgi’s knowledge, and nurturing approach will help you to meet your training with an open heart and focused mind.
As Georgi’s love for running grew, she soon recognised the potential in combining these complementary forms of exercise. A regular yoga practice lengthens muscle while building strength in the major joints, all vital components to improving running performance and reducing risk of injury.
With Georgi as your guide, you’ll not only elevate your running technique but also cultivate a sense of inner calm and self-awareness. Her approach is specifically tailored to yoga for runners and marries the benefits of these two disciplines.
“My goal is to support you in building a solid foundation to your yoga practice, unlocking the power of yoga to enhance running performance. My classes are energising and strengthening for body and mind, and always supportive - suitable for all levels whether it’s your first time on a yoga mat or not!”
